Where is Chikwenya: Chikwenya is situated on the eastern boundary of Mana Pools National Park.  There is so much to say about Chikwenya.  Its enviable wild and remote location on the floodplains of the Zambezi give rise to magnificent views of the river and Zambezi escarpment across the river into Zambia.  Chikwenya has some of Africa’s best walking opportunities due to the riverine Albida forest. There is an array of activities on offer.  The lodge has been very well designed and once you have spent 3 days here you simply do not want to leave.  We think that Chikwneya is a very special place.  The staff are excellent and the lodge offers privacy and has lots of zones for you to escape and relax and soak up Africa.

Accommodation: The lodges has 7 spacious, luxury tented rooms 2 of which are family units.  All the tents are connect to the main area via wooden walkways.  The main area is a place of relaxation and there is a pool to relax in during siesta time.  All the wildlife wildlife passes freely passed the front and back of the lodge feeding on the albida pods.  Its paradise.
